In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "uujj," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to uujj Casino, accessible at uujj.cam, operated under PAGCOR regulatory oversight in the Philippines.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by uujj.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the uujj platform.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products, payment processing, promotional offerings, customer support, and other features made available through uujj.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a Player's uujj Account, credited by deposits and adjusted by wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money-laundering law.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits awarded to a Player's Account through promotions, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback, or referral rewards, which are subject to wagering requirements distinct from real-money funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction where access to or use of uujj Services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Applicable Law" means all statutes, regulations, directives, rules, and orders applicable to uujj's operations, including but not limited to those issued by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

By accessing the uujj platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or using any Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and uujj. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the uujj platform and must close your Account immediately.

uujj reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

To be eligible to register and use the uujj platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the laws of your country of residence.
• Not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of uujj or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or regulatory exclusion from gambling platforms.
• Hold a valid Philippine mobile number for purposes of account verification and OTP authentication.

uujj employs age verification mechanisms at the point of registration and at the withdrawal stage through mandatory KYC procedures. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any bonuses utilized.

If you have reason to believe that a minor has gained access to the uujj platform, please notify us immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the uujj platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current as of the date of registration. You further agree to update such information promptly if it changes. uujj may reject any registration or close any Account where inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information has been provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received via SMS. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. uujj will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

uujj reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines, uujj is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and at any time uujj reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or irregular activity.

You will be required to submit one or more of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
• Philippine Passport (DFA-issued)
• Driver's License (LTO-issued)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID / SSS / GSIS)
• Voter's ID (COMELEC-issued)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

uujj may additionally request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing matching registered name) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by uujj may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with uujj's Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

6.1 Deposits. uujj accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon successful confirmation by the payment processor. uujj does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the Player's responsibility.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Verified accounts (full KYC completed) are eligible for higher withdrawal thresholds. Current limits are displayed within the account Wallet section and are subject to change with notice.

6.4 Currency. All transactions on the uujj platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). uujj is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differentials applied by third-party payment processors.

6.5 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds are legitimately yours and are not derived from illegal activity. uujj reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in line with AMLC requirements and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

uujj offers various promotional programs to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload offers, cashback programs, and referral rewards. The following general terms apply to all uujj promotions unless individual promotion terms specify otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are credited separately. Real-money funds are used first unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
• uujj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Promotions are offered to eligible accounts only. uujj reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude players from specific promotions where necessary.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinating wagers with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting technical errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Referral bonuses are only awarded where the referred player successfully registers, completes KYC, and makes a qualifying first deposit.

Full terms and conditions for each individual promotion are published on the uujj platform's promotions section. In the event of any conflict between general promotion terms and individual promotion terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

All games available on the uujj platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology independently audited by approved third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rates of each game as certified by the relevant provider.

Individual game rules are displayed within each game prior to play. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. uujj is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of applicable game rules.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the result of that round may be voided and the wager refunded to the Player's Wallet. uujj's technical determination of the outcome of disputed rounds is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 15.

Live casino games streamed from certified studio providers are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed on-screen. In the event of a visible discrepancy between the stream and the game outcome, the platform's recorded result prevails.

Sports betting odds are subject to change until a wager is confirmed and accepted. uujj reserves the right to void bets placed after the event has commenced, where information about the event outcome was available at the time of placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uujj platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account under any name, mobile number, address, or payment method.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in games or promotions.
• Colluding with other players, including but not limited to sharing hole-card information in live poker, coordinating bets to exploit promotion mechanics, or using chip-dumping tactics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to uujj support immediately; failure to do so constitutes prohibited conduct.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions through your bank or payment provider after winnings have been received.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing uujj staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

uujj is committed to the welfare of its players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, these limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders when you have been playing for a period you specify.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the uujj platform for a period of 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and you will not receive marketing communications from uujj.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications showing your net gaming activity during the current session.

All uujj players must be 21 years of age or older. If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your life or the lives of people close to you, uujj encourages you to seek support. Resources available to Filipino players include the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming program and GamblingTherapy.org.

All content on the uujj platform — including but not limited to the uujj name, logo, brand identity, website design, user interface, game content licensed from third-party providers, text, graphics, software, and documentation — is the property of uujj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the uujj platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any uujj content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the platform.
• Create derivative works based on any uujj content or platform feature.
• Use any uujj trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of uujj's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

uujj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and uujj's Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the platform at /privacy-policy.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the uujj Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. Key aspects of uujj's data practices include:

• Personal data is used solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and (with consent) marketing communications.
• Data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary for service provision (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) or as required by law.
• Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to uujj's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR and AMLC regulations.
• All data transmissions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, uujj's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any Service shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

uujj shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside uujj's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or regulatory orders.
• Actions, decisions, or statements made by third-party game providers in connection with their games.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits uujj's liability for death or personal injury caused by uujj's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

uujj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account with immediate effect where uujj reasonably determines that:

• The Player has engaged in any conduct prohibited by Section 9 of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continuing to operate the Account would expose uujj to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Player is in breach of these Terms in any material respect.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel uujj to restrict the Account.

Where an Account is closed for a reason other than Player misconduct, any real-money balance held in the Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

Where an Account is closed due to Player misconduct — including fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized chargebacks — uujj reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and to recover any losses caused by the Player's conduct.

A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting uujj support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding the interpretation, validity, or breach of any provision — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Formal Dispute Process: Before initiating any legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to resolve disputes through uujj's internal dispute resolution process:

1. Submit a formal written dispute to [email protected], describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought.
2. uujj will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
3. If the dispute is not resolved through this process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanisms as applicable.
4. Failing resolution through regulatory channels, the parties may pursue their legal rights through the competent Philippine courts.

The use of this dispute resolution process does not affect your rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

uujj may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, where they affect Player rights, payment terms, or account closure procedures — uujj will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via the registered email address or phone number associated with your Account, or by prominent notification on the uujj platform.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter meaning, or updates to reflect regulatory changes — may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

Continued use of the uujj platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
